Nothing it all was handled great. Even when I had it back late. If any saying was to need improvement I would say it would be the phone system because when I called it would tell me to select about my current reservation and I would press that and then it would go silent and I would never reach a live person I stayed on a silent phone for about 20 minutes almost because I thought it was maybe just ringing but a silent ringing I guess. So the phone was the only thing that made it diffucultJessica H.

As always, Boise Uhaul locations are spectacular. Throughout the Denver Metro area, we had run-ins with Uhaul locations that reeked of smoke, didn't have working telephone lines for communication, had rude service, etc. Boise Uhaul sites are always clean and professional, so thank you.Anthony G.

Of course when I showed up they wanted to know where appliance and utility dolly were since they were on my contract. Of course Reno said this would not happen but it did. I explained the issue and staff here quickly handled the issueDarren Y.
