There isn't an N/A option for personnel. I did not interact with any personnel since I dropped the vehicle off after hours.

Open on Sundays. I originally rented from a different site that was open Sunday, and specifically chose the option of checking into the office for all paperwork, but U Haul changed the site on me. The mobile process was confusing and took about 45 minutes with help from UHaul. Our helper was great though
JOSEPH SThis was a completely desolate unhelpful self service drop that we weren't made aware of and didn't agree to. Drop location was changed after truck was picked up. This drop location had ZERO signage or instructions on where to park truck or leave key. Uhaul needs to do better.
Lisa FThe app did not give me any info about how to pickup the truck so I sat on the phone with customer service for 30 min and it still did not work. I had ordered furniture pads which were not there, I was told I could drive to another location to get them. No Thank you!!
Michael HCharged me an extra $15 without telling me. Location was not at a “U-Haul” specific rather a storage unit with a U-Haul area inside. Kinda hidden away. Only had one truck out front which I didn’t need that big anyways. Probably wouldn’t recommend
