My issue is with uhaul scheduling. Uhaul scheduled a pick up on a day the establishment was closed. It created huge challenges and changes to schedule. The offer to drive 2 hours on zero notice to pick up another trailer when we had a tight timeline to get things Into uhaul was impossible. Ridiculous

Did not have time to provide return service. Office staff rude and acted as if I was bothering them. Told me they would perform return paperwork at later time and email it to me. I left with no way of proving I returned equipment. Yard help was fine.

Jessica HIt took an hour to pick up this UHaul because this location didn’t make sure everything was ready to go prior. We were originally going to rent a dolly, however, they didn’t have any available. Lack of preparedness is the reason we would never rent from this location again.
