They were very good there. The trailer after it was loaded had a flat tire with a nail and they looked after it right away. The truck was very low on fuel and was a little dirty. But all good.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe pick up location was not a U-Haul store. The business office was functional by not very clean or inviting. The gentleman that assisted me was courteous and professional. The pick up process was straight forward and efficient.
Keith LI reserved a 10 foot truck, and was given a free upgrade without my knowing for a 20 foot truck. This ended up being too big and costing extra in gas.
Matthew KProblems with the Uhaul site as I was checking in were not the fault of the location but affected my experience. Also not their fault I received a change to a 100 mile away pick-up site less than 24 hours before I expected to pick up the vehicle.
Rita EDifficult to see that it is a Uhaul location. The mobile check-in process is complex and unclear.
