The equipment was clean but was a death trap driving wise. The vehicle fishtailed and swayed at highway speeds. Luckily I didn't have a wreck and become a millionaire.

I they literally over booked the storage unit and my stuff is still on a truck right now on their lot. And I've paid for a storage unit that I'm not ramble to use. They won't answer the phone to let me know what's goin on and they have my money
Clean location.. the second drop off we had to go to. The first location we were given was an abandoned parking lot with drug needles all over the ground and no one to return the truck to, on pearson ave.. this was location was very friendly , very helpful and very clean...

I would like to submit a forma dispute and would like a refund of the cleaning fee as well as the after hour fee. I returned the van clean and spent 45 minutes alone in the dark at the Uhaul return trying to get your website to work. It said that there was no record of my rental at uhaul.com/share. I had to leave for my safety and just drop the keys in the drop slot.
Truck was cleaned. Truck engine light came on. When applying brakes truck seemed like it wouldn't stop. Think truck just needed to be serviced
I would rent from this location again.

While I was picking up my truck, a young man standing behind me was talking on his phone and cursing and talking filthy right behind me when I turned around to say excuse me he cursed at me and scared me. The lady behind the counter was very kind and took care of the situation. I believe that she should be rewarded for D escalating a tense situation.

We had to call back to extend the days we needed and it was not a problem! Very easy to work with you and your situation!! Would recommend to a friend!
Please make sure staff has enough help on Sunday. At least 3 people should be there. It would make it easier for the staff to maintain each station. The lady that was performing the morning check-ins had such a pleasant attitude and was the kind of person I like to handle my customer service experience. Upon return, another young lady was there. She had great attitude and was pleasant as well.
I hope I never have to us U-Haul again. The reservations process sucked. I did not like the pricing. I could have went to a competitor and gotten a flat rate with unlimited mileage but had no choice but to use U-Haul because all of the other competitor's van was rented out. I returned the van and the system automatically charged me for gas that I know I put back in the tank according to where it was when I got the van. A U-Haul employee was there with me upon turning the van in and I showed him, according to the paperwork I had indicating where I should refill the gas tank to. He said he was going to fix it but when I checked my credit card transactions the charge was still there. I just did not like the experience. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes to an hour to get someone. Again I no choice but to use this company because I originally reserved a van with a competitor ahead of my move and got a call from them the day before saying they had to cancel my reservation because of van troubles and they didn't have a replacement, I will deal with them on their own customer service site, but that's how I ended up at U-Haul. I just did not like the outcome dealing with U-Haul.
The pick up location was changed a few days before I picked up. It was not a convenient location to me.
Due to the COVID19, RESPONSE time at 1(800)# is stressful held for 10 - 20 minutes on multiple occassions the past 2 weeks. This is not the service we have come to expect. We rent at least once a month
The lady that worked Saturday Morning was extremely helpfully. I had so many questions and concerns, she took time to answer every questions and to help me, even though she was the only person work and had customers. She did not get an attitude nor was rude, and I know I was working her lol I just want to say Thank You for being helpfully and professional.
