I would never us U-Haul again!!!!!! Had to put my card for the hold and at the end I paid with cash took my money off my card I called and no one to help me I talk to a guy on the phone he was rude his name was Kavin!!! So I’m letting my bank handle about getting my money back!!!!! Just will not us U-Haul again

If a Customer reserve a utility dolly early in the week for the weekend it should be on truck ?? I had no utility dolly yet one was sitting out wait for a truck/ for Customer sitting there waiting

I had excellent service picking up my uhaul, however when dropping off the uhaul I was charged a cleaning fee and the uhaul was not dirty. I have called multiple time with no answer as to why.

The customer service reps at the call center did a very poor job. My rental was due back at 9am on Sunday the 19th. I called and discussed extending the tenting to 1pm and was told that was fine and that I wouldn't be charged. I was told that I had till the time I rented the truck the day before to return the truck( so renting at 4pm on Saturday means returning on Sunday at 4pm). Well that was incorrect because once I got to the store to return the truck I was informed that I was going to be charged for an additional day that that y'all don't do 24 hour rental anymore but only 10 hour. So I was charged $98 instead of the $39 plus miles that I was looking to be charged. This matter has highly pissed me off since I called the company three times and was never told that I was going to be charged an additional fee. Not only that but the two different people that I spoke with, either one felt the need to note my account so that the next person would know what was going on or be able to see who had accessed my account. I would like to be refunded the extra day I had to pay for. I wasn't my fault that your should be trained employees aren't trained enough to know when a customer is going to be charged extra or that you don't do 24 hour rentals anymore. I think that shows poor training and very poor customer service on your company. I will not be renting from you again.

The one site representative accused me of damaging a tire on the truck. She had no proof that I was the one that cause the to be slit. She stated the I hit a curb. During my travels with the truck I did not hit any curbs. She insisted that I did and there was another truck on the lot with the same problem. She did not show me the other truck with the same problem. I felt that she had mistaken the truck that I was driving with the truck she said was on the lot with the same problem. In addition to this I keep insisting that I did hit a crib to cause damage to the truck. Basically I felt she was calling me a Liar. I have no reason to lied. I feel that this could of been handle more professionally. I will not return to the Easley location and I will also tell all of my associates, Friends and Family not to come there.

After attempting to check in truck at two other locations, agents were rude and would not take the truck, this agent went out of her way to correct records and accept the truck at her location. We have rented your trucks several times in the last 3-4 years and have never had a problem before, but in a busy city such as Birmingham, it was a problem to check in truck. All agents should be able to check a vehicle in at the closest location of arrival. At some locations, agents need to be more customer oriented. It took one and a half hours to turn in a rental truck.

Owner was rude and charged me for under a 55.00 for saying that I returned the vehicle under a 1/4 when i know different! I returned it the way it was given to me, a 1/4!!! Then asked me to come and look at it but the vehicle had been moved by staff/other multiple times which I witnessed when I rode by there..very unprofessional and overcharged me when I've been a valued customer since I was 19yrs old and I'm at age 38 now..unsatisfied!!

My only negative experience was that I couldn't get the vehicle I reserved or the location I had reserved it. It was very confusing as I didn't know that was possible. I had to drive way out of my way to pick up a larger version of my reserved truck. However, the folks at the pickup location were every helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to pick up my vehicle the night before my reserved time making the process much easier, and the larger truck didn't cost me any more. However, it was confusing and not as convenient as I had wanted.
