Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen I made the reservation I made it at a location near my home because of time. When I went to pick up the UHAUL I was directed to another location. I was them directed to a third location. I was 3 hours behind. I was told later that the location I chose to drop it off when i made the reservation was closed and I had to drop it off at another town. I am now being charged $101.00 extra because of a late fee and the extra milage. When I dropped it off I was unable to get on the link that was sent to me.
Cinda IApp would not work for check-in. Called number and gentelman on other side as able to get us checked-in. Steering wheel looked like someone had spit all over it.
Danielle JThe location to leave the vehicle was on the side of the road. Easy access easy to park - we were able to get a parking spot although it seems it might be difficult periodically Owner manager was awesome to work with aided us with the app would highly recommend them as well
Lisa DMaybe give a discount for repeat customers?
