Website has lied about availability twice in two weeks. Will no longer trust your company for first choice rental needs. Tried to rent a trailer this weekend and the website lied about availability again. And was told to pay 100 more to get trailer delivered for their mistake. Horrible customer experience with reservation online. Do not recommend

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe had problems picking up the truck. We called ahead and checked in early. I was told the key box would be open. It wasn’t and we ended up waiting for 45 min for someone to come back from lunch. The person was nice. It was just frustrating
Loren ZThe lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Maybe she had a bad day.
Annemarie MStaff was helpful. Great Job.
Raymond PCMC diesel is wonderful and Kyle is wonderful and I have been very happy with what I have rented from U-Haul since I first met Kyle. He is ready to help me anytime at any place even when he's supposed to be on a day off. You really have an incredible winner working for you and he should be highly rewarded. CMC diesel is a great location and I think you do well having them as your rental location in Big Timber. I have had other people tell me that it is not cost-efficient for rental places if they have to take a Diesel Mechanic to rent out a trailer when he should be working on a diesel engine so it's important to reward them accordingly. I have been friends with Clay and his wife for many years and they are wonderful people running a wonderful business.
