I spent a lot of money to rent the uhaul and when I got it, the vehicle was at a quarter of a tank of gas. So to even get started on my move I had to spend another $150 in gas to fill up the truck…. When the truck pickup was at a gas station……. Ridiculous

Walker JThe lady who dealt uhaul was great. The first uhaul that was provided was not great and the vehicle wasn't starting. I went to her and she provided me another one which was good. I like the place and the service overall. Thank you.
Niloy SLocation and customer service was great - zero complaints there. The equipment needs some serious attention. With an empty trailer, once I hit around 16MPH the trailer would start violently shaking. Getting up to more speed it would somewhat subside but not completely. A loaded trailer still had some issues too. Luckily I was only doing a couple in town runs, but it was still a major headache If I had to guess, it is the driver side tire.
