Everyone we dealt with there was awesome. We got there and had reserved a truck with no ramp and when we were freaking out they said no worries hoped on the computer and had a bigger truck that wasn't listed as available with a ramp ready for us in less than 3 minutes. We booked for two days ended up needing 4 every time we called to extend they were really understanding reassured us they had our backs during our move and they would extend as many times as we needed. They relieve a lot of stress from our first whole home move across the country.

They overbilled me $20.00 for fuel , even I brought the truck with more gas than when I pulled out. The workers in the location could not and didn't not know how to make the changes. I ended up waiting for more than an hour. My chredit card got billed three times by these workers who again had no idea how to make proper corrections. Very disappointed and I did not get an apology at the end. extremely dispointed

Allow us to return the equipment after hours. With the advent of email and paperless paperwork. We can receive our receipts and charges via email. Would make the transfer back to uhaul alot easier.

One of the employees showed my truck and explained everything about it in case I had any questions. He was very helpful when I told him it was my first time renting a moving truck. Great Experience.
