The van I was given smelled like a farm animal had lived in it for an extended period...very foul smelling. The U-Haul attendant said we know about the smell and we've tried to clean and deodorize it but nothing works or masks the smell. Instead of giving me one of the other two available same size vans they gave me the disgusting one and no-one else was there waiting besides me. Very bizarre.

The facility was fine, my issue comes from UHaul web site that reassigned the location I booked. I showed up at the booked location to learn a text send me to another location that was closed. I stopped in this location and was able to rent what I needed. Point is Corporate UHaul needs better real time stock information. I hear from the location this is normal practice to reassign. BAD CUSTOMER CARE FOLKS. Add this to the location charged a gas charge after I filled the tank back to the contract 5/8. I will dispute the charge. GUESS WHAT - Im done with using your web site, or renting from Uhaul if I can find another service provider.

Nick helped me and was good with that but gave me a truck he claimed was 3/4 full with gas. As I drove the tuck to my destination I clearly noticed the tank was fluctuating from 3/4 full at start up and sank lower after the first minute of driving. Clearly the tank was not a solid 3/4 full. I drove the truck a total of 5 miles, put in 1 1/2 gallons of gas and the tank still was still under 3/4 full when I returned the truck. What irked me was when I called Nick to tell him the tank was not at the 3/4 mark upon receiving the truck he argued with me and maintained he would still charge me $5.00/gallon if the tank read under 3/4 full. So how come I had to buy 1 1/2 gallons of gas for 5 miles? He tried convincing me, messing with all logic to cover his laziness and apathy. So, everything was great except for having to play the mental games with Nick. If I use Uhaul again I will be cautious about the service rep I am working with.

I got this truck with only 1/4th of the tank full but they had it on the documents that 3/8 of tank was full. this is unacceptable.

I rented 2 dollies from this location. A male staff told us it's okay for us to return it to another Uhaul location. He even reminded us to have the Uhaul staff cofirm the return and close the contract. But it was WRONG, a regular Uhaul location couldn't close this contract. And we couldn't verify this situation until this location is open the next day. We called as soon as this place opened, and picked up dollies from the Uhaul place where we couldn't close the contract and quickly returned to this location but I was still charged for another day as delay penalty. I felt cheated and really don't appreciate that I have to be responsible for this minor delay. If they had told me to returned to the same place, I could return it on time to the correct location. I hate this experience. Would never trust Uhaul partner(neighborhood dealer) any longer.

The app did not work at all.. We had a reservation for 4:30 and we were not able to get the truck until after 5:30.. Customer service was the worst we have seen in a long time.

I rented the furniture dolly for one day and when I returned the dolly, the staff just let me go first and said I will receive the receipt via email later when she got a chance. In the end, I was charged for two days rental fee!!!
