Well to start of they really need to learn how to speak to customers when entering the store . Claudia couldn't be any ruder. When I was asking if She was the only one in the store today when i called and she miss lead me she said I said what I said call corporate.This has been the worst experience i have had . From my opinion it seems like there just hiring just anyone to work in that location. I tried to explain to Claudia what had happen and she said its not her problem and she said to call corporate office which thats my next step. She voluntarily gave me her name an instructed me to call so if my rating on this store matters she wouldn't have a job!!!! People like that bring the business down. They are the face of the company. And she is a horrible example!
Uhaul was a problem. I had to go to 3 different locations just to be told I owe over $1400 for someone I never met a day of my life. I was stuck for over 2 hours on the phone with uhaul just to clear it up. I was able to get a uhaul in my name after 2 hour; but by than my uhaul was rented and now they wanted me to pay for a bigger uhaul. I had to call uhaul a 6 times just to get told they will give me the bigger uhaul for the same price. I got in the uhaul to do my check, the uhaul was dirty and the meters were wrong. I took pictures and uploaded them. At least they worked with me after they messed over me lesson well learned. Moral of the story, stop changing phone numbers. I was hold accountable for someone else bill because I change my number every 3 months. I don't like certain people with my number; so I change it.

Worse experience I have ever had. I always rent from U-Haul and this recent experience I had with them was absolutely terrible. We rented and paid online on 1/26/19 for pick up Tuesday 1/29/19 at 9:00 am. We were not greeted upon arrival; attendant was busy eating breakfast and talking on the phone. When she finally acknowledged us, we were informed that our rental was at another location and they didn't open until 10:00 am. After we waited, a set of keys was provided. I asked for the inspection and was told that wasn't necessary.When we located the truck, the keys were for the wrong size truck; back inside we were told that we needed to go back to the original location to pick our reserved truck. At our original location we were walked to our rental truck, parked in ankle-deep water. Needless to say the attendant got her shoes wet and muddy!!! Not only a waste of our time but we had to pay the helpers 2 extra hours. On the other hand, we could not be happier with the drop off location; courteous,expedite and professional service!!!
I left the vehicle when I was supposed to and four days later I got an email that I did not return the truck. I went to the location then they reached for the documents I left there and post it.
Take time to make sure customer is all the way good and have knowledge of service that's provided. Check uhaul truck to see if its clean and/or if fuel is empty on full before putting whatever on contract. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE RENTING BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF IT ISN'T YOURS.
Customer service is the key...and there was no customer service when a person have a reservation and go get the vehicle that's not the time to try and figure out how to work their system...I was on a time schedule and was late plus I got a 15 foot and was charge almost$30 for that size while else where have those for at $19.95 so total I spend almost $60.....
