Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe gas is wrong and the cleaning fee is wrong. Never again will I rent from them.
Amanda RMy issue isn’t with the location but with your mobile pickup process. Of course there’s not option to rate that. It was very clunky and glitched the entire time. It took over 30 minutes of exiting the app and trying again to actually complete the pickup.
Devin SThe entire process went perfectly, from pickup to drop-off. I had to call customer service with a question and the representatives were extremely professional and helpful. Keep doing what you're doing, U-Haul...being a company that gets it right!!!
thomasa nEverything was great.
