The pick up location was not the location I indicated I wanted when I made the reservation. It was not anywhere near where I wanted to pick up the trailer. This is very frustrating and a reason to not book online with Uhaul.

The only thing which was a little confusing was the actual renting time.At first I was told I could have the truck for 4 hours. I was going out of town include eventual problems I could encounter. They upped the time to six hours which still stressed me out and,of course, I ran into and accident on the new bridge which delayed me. When I dropped it off I was told not to worry I had rented the truck for 24 hours. It would be great if new customers would have a clearer picture of how the rental process works. Next time I know what to expect. Also it would be helpful if your stores could offer different hitch sizes. I needed a smaller ball size and had to scramble to find one which was a problem I had not anticipated and cut into the time problem I have mentioned above. Not a gripe just suggestion.

The info I was supposed to complete to get the van did notpop up as told or I am so stupid I didn’t see it. I thought I had completed registration prior to picking it up. I called Customer Service to help me and was on hold for 30 min Anyway the lady at UHaul was great to help me.

This location charged my card different amounts 3 separate times and kept overcharging me and when asked about it, the lady at the front was very rude.

Lose the attitude. When your customer tells you about all the problems they experienced, you need to do more than say there is nothing you can do about it. No effort was made to accommodate for all the issues we had with the truck we rented. Based on this experience, we will use Penske from now on.

Stacey was great however, when I went in the next day to pick the trailer up (2 hours earlier) than when I was supposed to. Sorry, didn’t know I couldn’t do that., Stephanie was a little aggravated. It was clearly an inconvenience for her to rearrange the schedule. This was my first time ever renting a U-Haul and will be my last. Maybe she was having a bad day or two. We were late getting it back. She called us be they needed to schedule other clients. I said just change us through Monday since y’all are closed Sunday. I have been working in customer service a long time. I know what it’s like being behind the counter. I have never been an Butt to say it nicely to a customer.

The only thing that could be fixed is making a payment with a bank logo prepaid card. I had to call my sister to make my payment because paying cash, with the extra $100 is crazy. Or at least let the customers know when making reservations that the company does not except prepaid cards. Other then that, the employees was very friendly! I have a storage at this location and Mrs. Stacy is really nice! She's very understanding and helpful! Because of her, I will ALWAYS rent from this Location! She deserves a RAISE!!!!
