The people were very rude and overcharged us. I reserved a truck and paid the $30 but then the guy said that we owed $34 that $30 was just a hold fee. It made no since. He never told me over the phone it was a hold fee he said it was to pay for the truck. Ended up spending $100 on a truck that was only supposed to cost about $65. Very unprofessional

Melissa F.Tried calling but received a voicemail when they were supposed to be open. I was notified 14 hours before pickup that the truck I weas supposed to get wouldnt be there. I had to drive 37 miles to get another truck where If it were where it should have been renting from it was about 11 miles.
