Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe did not deal with anybody at Griffin storage solutions, as there was no one there to deal with. I contacted U-Haul and notified them of our return of the unit, drop the keys in the lock box and left.
Ann MTrying to pick via U-haul app didn’t work. Called local number and they were accommodating and came down and had to figure everything from their computer.
Marcos PThe staff at the location was helpful and kind. The rental was not a good experience- the lock box wouldnt open to get the key for the truck as it was frozen. We finally got the key out then I got the truck home and couldn't get the door open as it was frozen shut. Finally got the door open . Then couldn''t get the door to shut! The cables on the door were off the track and then busted off the connection. The door was then extremely difficult to open or close. Very unsafe! This is why we called roadside assistance which did not show up! This made it extremely difficult to complete our project. Very unsatisfied! The staff at the location was able to secure a $50 credit towards the rental, which I appreciate but after all this, I don't feel that I should have been charged for the vehicle.
