I was pleased Super Bargain Outlet had the equipment available on short notice. Location was different than others I have visited. I would suggest owner to stock more moving-box sizes and have price signage with the box display. I paid $1.79 for medium boxes, more than current $1.49 shown online. Are some rental locations allowed to up-charge on supplies? I'm OK with the up-charge, but would expect an itemized moving-box receipt on U-Haul paper instead of generic cash-register tape showing a single item for the total price of 5 boxes? What if I brought one back for return? I get full amount for single item on tape, or an disagreement starts between dealer and customer?

Nothing. It was easy to use the app to sign in and out the truck, and even once the store opened I did not have to interact with the store owner. My only recommendation would be to take a screenshot of the gas and mileage when signing in because I forgot and ended up playing the guessing game when it was time to turn in.

Email sent me to wrong address. By time I found right one. Late. The process took over an hour to finish. No one else was even there. Truck was fill of rotting fruit. Up on part no one sees. Ick. Dropped off. No key box. Door slot not marked. Then charged 25.oo for “ dirty” truck. Was squeaky clean!!

The personnel had little information about the equipment on hand. The transaction took way longer than it should have. This wasn't even the location I contracted to pick up from, the location in Redlands was supposed to have my truck and tow dolly according to uhaul.com, but I had to travel an additional 60+ miles round-trip to get the equipment from this Banning location. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service.

I had already reserved the truck. Took over a half hour working with the clerk to get the vehicle. The clerk really did not know how to use his computer. Should have been all checked in. I was just adding a driver.

$.99 a mile is just rieiculous for weekends $.50 and $.75 is more like it I will not use U-Haul again I had a hard time understanding the gentleman on the phone.

The staff were polite but some of the communication was in a foreign language which I found intimidating, concerning, and confusing. It was dark and I initially thought we were in the wrong place - we had to move the truck AND our leaving transportation because there was no signage as to what side of the building to deliver the truck. I picked up the truck with 3/8 and upon return, the gas gauge appeared to be HIGHER than at pick up as I wanted to be sure it had a little over the 3/8 to be safe. Drop off told me it measured 5/16...they got approval to waive a $30 "less gas penalty" (which I felt was a ridiculous charge under the circumstances) and the missing gas was charged to me at $12.83 - UGH when I had been granted a little extra mileage (348) and we only used 306.5 and was also graciously offered extra time of 11/17 - FRIDAY at no additional charge (while I was under the impression the extension was till WEDNESDAY (11/15) but we returned it on the original return due date of Tuesday at 5:15pm (well before their 7:00pm close time) and then to get charged the $12.83 for gas was frustrating...we checked the gauge with the vehicle parked sloping uphill, downhill, and level to verify we were at what we believed to be slightly ABOVE the 3/8 requirement, not BELOW.

The truck was like new. the personnel were friendly and helpful. I will use them again when I need a truck for sure. long ago i had a bad experience wth Uhaul and hadn't used them since. This experience has turned that around. thanks.

Their computer was down the day I picked it up I was not told what size ball I would need to pick the trailer up with and I had to go purchase one. Then it was not open for me to get help when I returned it.

For one make sure the person running the location and doing the contract knows what there doing I had a problem just to day were I was almost charged for going over my mileage when the person only gave me 37 miles for a 2 day move that one way is 40 miles back and fourth I'm only saying though

It took 4 hours to get a tow Dollie from them they keep saying it was the uhaul then they even said it was already reserved complete lie! I called uhaul and no one had any answers made me lose work and because it took so long I was stuck in traffic when I did get worst experience ever
