Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haul1). Vehicle has graphitti sprayed down the driver’s side. 2). Front rubber (plastic) had a big crack / hole in it. Otherwise the vehicle seemed to be well maintained However, the sign in process took almost 30 mins, withe questions and the ton of I turned you have to take. But my return time was not adjust nor were my charges. I actually only had use of the truck for about an 1 hour 30 mins.
Thomas JThis is the 2nd time after I leave there are additional charges tagged on and there is no way to remedy. When I picked up the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas. Which I told the service provider. He said don’t worry. When I returned, I filled the truck back to that level. Yet the next day I was charged $39 more dollars in addition to the $14 I put in. I only drove 45 miles total. So instead of paying like $86 I had to pay $129.
Angela MUhauls back door stopped working, had to force it open and closed. And they messed up my reservation and charged me 3x as much because they checked the wrong truck.
Jamel WThe equipment had grafitti on some of the cars. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The person working there seemed to have no idea on how to do their job. I would rather carry an item for miles than come back to this location. If I was U-Haul I’d do an inspection here or no longer allow them to manage the trucks. Horrible experience won’t be back and honestly if they meet uhauls standards I will think twice before using U-Haul again
