The same is true for this place. Ideally, I wanted to use 24 hours one, but at NYC, the staff there told me that there were only 4 choices, all of which close at 7 p.m. This could have impacted our moving schedule if it had not been from NYC to Baltimore. Overall great experience! Just wanted to inform you of a couple of potential issues that other would have experienced.

Only concern I have is that the guy who assisted me in hooking up the trailer forgot to tighten it up that made it came off of my hitch 5-10 minutes driving off from U-Haul facility. I almost got into accident, luckily the truck behind me blowing his horn to warn me as I was dragging the trailer by the chain only. I called U-Haul and made report. But this incident is unacceptable. I can cause accident, go figure.

The staff was not friendly at all. They were more focused on being ready to punch out then to assist the customers. They moved SUPER slow. And when I questioned the gas gauge and the various Nicks and dents they appeared to be blowing me off as if they didn't want to be bothered. I will not refer this location to anyone nor will I patronize it with my business ever in the future. It was horrible.

This was the most irritating experience I ever had with UHAUL. The process was so frustrating. The staff was very ignorant and no one had knowledge of the products being sold. This was an unbelievable experience. I have never seen anything like this. I needed a part to use the trailer and no one inside the store who was an employee could help me. I literally had to go on the street and pull someone from the street to get assistance. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE what I went through to get a trailer to go through 3 states to reach home. I really hope I never have to rent from UHAUL again. I really have NO MORE WORDS for UHAUL. I have always been taught, if you can't say something nice don't say nothing at ALL! I am going to leave it right there! SIMPLY SAD!!!!~

I recently used u haul to move from Baltimore to Newark and returned ur equipment and truck back the way it was then June 1 ,I had a 63.00 payment get taken out of my account and dont know why ,I really need to get this addressed asap 732-484-1626, I did not authorized u haul to take out this money on June 1.

Zero customer service. Reservation was moved from original location with no notification, picked up 2 hours after reservation scheduled due to lack of preparation. Did not go over truck with me, had a light on the dash I had no idea what it meant.

I would give this location 5-stars. My u-haul experience as far as a reservation were poor. I received a text at 8pm the night before telling me I could pick up the truck 20 minutes away from my requested location at 10am when I wanted to pick up the truck at 8:00 am. I had movers that I booked through uhaul scheduled to arrive at my house at 8:30. The uhaul rep was very responsive and found us a truck 30 minutes away at 7:00am.

This was not the locations fault!! But the equipment was not available for date and time requested and this was after 3 confirmations from uhaul that all was fine with request. I think haul needs to refine there business practice.

Problem with the gas level. I got a change from 5/8 full to 3/8 full but they never entered the change in the file. When I went to drop off the unit it took 3 hours of my time to correct the mistake.

The van was dirty. The milage and gas was wrong and I never get the coverage but its on my contract. Now im being told that. I'm being charged for these thang. I was not there at check in. The gas at check in was just under half like i got it. They have it as a little over a quarter. This is incorrect. I was told a receipt would be sent. I am not paying for this. I will dispute this whole transaction if this is not corrected
