Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere was an error message after submitting my pictures during pickup and upon return I had to go through the delivery process twice because the app kept failing.
BROOKE FThe location was great! The only problem I had (and it wasn’t with the location) was that I had to drop it off by 8am that morning or you are charged for another day , I had ALOT of traveling to do to get my move done and being there by 8am even when I woke up at 5am was pretty hard but they worked with me. First time moving so unexpected is expected, great location , simple drop off, I was happy in the end.
Matthew PLast minute rental and everything came together perfectly. Quick and easy transaction which was much appreciated.
ALICIA RThe agent is a liar. I came in there wondered if 15 foot truck. He said OK no problem and he booked a 20 foot truck for higher the price and then when I call Support, he told them a lie that I said I wanted to get the 20 foot truck because I don’t have time to go to another location and get the 15 there
