I was charged a $25.00 cleaning fee for no reason. The vehicle came back just as I found it. No dirt. Also, my appointment was for 8:00AM. I did not receive the vehicle until 8:25AM. The merchant was late. Very disappointed with my experience.

The cargo interior was littered with debris (dirt, small food wrappers, leaves). it wasnt horrible but definitely not swept out after last use. Also had some kind of dried spill in cargo. Cabin was clean though.

There was one there to help with any information. There was a man that said here was there for an hour. In the was there for an hour did get help by calling uhaul. This location is 100% self help location

The GMC moving van was old (2008), had a horrible exhaust manifold leak, an inoperable loading ramp, and REEKED HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke. The Ford van was new and worked well, but also smelled strongly of Smoke. UHaul unilaterally changed my reservation time from noon to 9am—a non-starter for me. When I got there my reserved truck was gone and I ended up with something less suited to the task. And the clerk had the nerve to hassle me about being “late.” UHaul has really gone to hell.

When I arrived they had me waiting 25 minutes so he could fix the lottery machine. Once I got to my destination to pull the ramp out it was broken. So I had to exert extra energy into lifting all this heavy furniture on and off the truck. When I returned the truck and informed them the ramp didn't work, they acted like they didn't care.

As far as I can tell everything went smoothly. The truck was what I requested, and the 24/7 checkout process went fairly quickly. I had hoped to pick up some last minute packing materials and didn't realize this location was at a convenience store, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Have better customer service for the 1800 line. I waited on hold for 40 minutes waiting to talk to someone in the 24/7 reservation department. The lady I spoke with was really friendly however the system didn’t process my reservation right so when I went to pick up the uhaul truck I had issues. My original pickup time was 8:30pm... but due to technical issues on uhauls end, I wasn’t able to get the until 10:15pm. That’s ridiculous!

They don't answer their telephone. Twice we ordered pads and there weren't any when we picked up the truck. They don't seem to care. Unreliable

I think the gas mileage is too high, it almost seem like paying gas mileage twice. Paying for gas mileage at pick up, then having to refill tank when returning is a lot for someone only using equipment for 2 -4 hours.

The OneStop location in Baltimore is terrible. First off, the location is shady. The staff are locked away behind thick glass and barely speak to customers. I dropped my truck off at 1pm with 40 minutes to spare for the cut off. When I handed my key and asked if they needed any information, I was told no and I could leave. Well turns out they did not log in my truck until 10:26pm and charged me an extra day late fee. Which is crazy because it’s a Sunday and everything closes at 6pm. They also added on extra mileage fees which were inaccurate. I would not recommend this drop off location and I will personally never go there again.
