The truck I rented yesterday May 28, 2020 I did an estimations of 30 miles. It turned out I only did a little over 12 miles. I was told that the money I was charged would go back on my credit card if I did less than 30 miles. When the truck was returned no one went out to check the mileage or to make sure I replaced the gas that was used. I would like for the extra money I was charged put back on my credit card. Also the young lady who waited on me never even went out side to show me were the truck was I was just told what number to look for amongst all those truck. This was poor customer service and because someone else more than likely rented that same truck how would your representative be able to tell how much mileage each person put on the truck when they never checked it when it was brought back. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. The van was not immaculate, I know, but it also wasn’t giving to me that way neither. It’s absurd to charge an extra $25 for 30 seconds of vacuuming. I cleaned out the back of the van and the front of the van before I returned it.

This is the 2nd time that my original location is changed the evening prior to the rental date, online check in did not work properly, had to register again at the location, they were very busy and it took some time however the employees were very nice and knowledgeable.

I was originally scheduled to pick up a truck at a location near my house. UHaul told me I cant use the location originally scheduled. I was then directed to another location which costed me more money (they did not offer to offset these charges with their mess up). When I got there they had no record of me switching locations. Uhaul has terrible customer service and just expected me to pay for their mistakes. DO NOT USE.

I received the wrong truck and informed them of that. That was the whole reason I got the u haul. Was suppose to get one that had the slider so I coulder walk down my appliance. There WAS NONE! Had to lift it to the ground. So so bad. I gave them good reviews above because those were the questions you asked. Would like a refund or partial refund at least. Don't worry I won't hold my breathe. Take care

Clean the vehicles, let the associate physically come check before and after rentals, be available is most important! This location is disgusting inside and out. The cashier wasn’t available, he didn’t check the vehicle before or after my rental.

Personnel was very lazy and lackEd in customer service far as greeting the customer once they came into the store and checking truck for additional equipment that customer requested. Instead just charge customer per what was on the order sheet or contract. Customer got charge for items that were never put inside the truck to used. Just terrible !! I’m definitely calling to be refunded for items I never got to even use.

Actually clean the vehicles out before renting them out. The truck still had people's receipts with their personal information in truck as well as keys to another vehicle and trash . That's horrible business tactics .

Please ensure the functionality of the vehicle before releasing to customer. First vehicle was reading oil low shut of engine. Had to return vehicle and was given another one. But the customer service Rep was helpful.
