I was billed incorrectly. I was billed for 3 days and one day. It was told of 4 days. 1 day is correct. I was also billed for the hitch twice. I paid via the web, but the clerk did not see the payment. He said it did not go through. If he focused on the customer instead of looking at his phone to text, the mistakes may not have happen. I have contact cust service on the billing. I am looking for resolution.

Truck seemed to have mechanical issues, sensor said the tire was low on air and felt like it might need a tune up. Otherwise I did most things online so it was quick picking it up and it was as clean as expected.

the man at the front was very rude and made his business not to make eye contact after he got smart. I understand the computers had froze, but he did not even offer an apology to us for our wait. When I returned the uhaul the person helping did not have a name tag or anything on and I walked pass him at first. he quoted me the wrong price and insisted that it was my bill. After a few minutes he decided to confirm who I was and realized he had the wrong account up on the handheld tablet. the best experience was the young who brought my uhaul around the front she was both pleasant and professional, she even corrected an error on my paper with no problem.

The location was convient to my house, so short commute but access into the Rental lot was poor. Very difficult to access off of the street While the employee at the front desk was very polite and effective...due to the 'high' level of reservations....there should have been a 2nd employee working the front desk

I arrived at 6:50 to get a cargo van. I schedule self check in for 7 am. The website advise me to go inside to get my key. When I went inside, there was one employee helping another customer. He was about to go outside to move a truck for the customer so I asked if i could have my key, stating "I did the express check in, can I have my key" to which the employee responded "it's not going to be express" and left the building for 30 minutes. He returned and continued to help the same customer. Finally another employee arrived. At this time i asked the second employee for my key, which was located on the front desk right next to the first employee, ready to go. So i wasted about 40 minutes of my morning and this employee was extremely rude to me. I have now used this location twice and both times have been extremely unpleasant. I would appreciate a partial refund as I only used the equipment for 3 hours instead of the scheduled 4

we was to pick up at falls rd by 7am so its a good thing i called they had a diffrent location and a diffrent time it was so messed up i had to call and scramble around to get it straight and i still had to drive way out of my way to get the truck i need to rent another 26 ft truck i hope this one go's better

The representative was very rude when I was bringing the truck back. The same rep who checked out my truck is who i returned it to. She did not check the fuel or mileage before giving me the truck. She said oh the fuel is not correct. i said yes it is, I only drove 9 miles I could not have driven 1/4 day worth of fuel in such a short distance. She refused to do anything and kept saying this is what the contract stated I said I didn't even sign that were your saying the fuel is at 3/4 and when actually its on 5/8. She asked me why didn't i check the truck and I said why didn't you check it when you brought the truck up? She said I asked you to and if you didn't want to do it you should have told me. I was pissed and said why do I have to tell you how to do your job. So after I demanded her call the police and getting upset she said she would waive the fuel charges. Never have i ever had a poor experience with Uhaul never will I return to this location. Its worth the extra millage to go somewhere else.

It was an absolute nightmare! From the moment I walked in until 2 hours later when I finally was given a truck. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled time to ensure I got what I needed and could keep my already tight move schedule, the gentleman Troy was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances, he was working alone (on a Saturday before Labor Day, one of the most popular uhaul rental days) and he was a new employee. He could not find my truck which I reserved 5-6 days prior, and he received no help from the manager who he kept calling but she NEVER came in to assist him. Finally after I walked the property several times trying to identify my truck they found one and gave it to me, it was now 11am and raining! This entire ordeal caused me to move in the middle of a torrential downpour, furniture was damaged, movers working in dangerous conditions and cause me to acquire a cold in the days to follow. All in all I will NEVER rent from uhaul again, I'm frankly too scared to take the risk of this happening again, and I would not recommend uhaul to any friend or family, I could never live knowing potentially they to could have this same awful customer experience!

Staffing! On the Saturday of Labor Day with so many people off work and moving, this location had only 1 person working, and he was new at the job! Added to that, the computer system was down. People were waiting in line for over an hour to pick up reserved trucks, including me. Terrible experience.

Only one person on duty on a SAturday morning, busy moving day - and he was "New" to the job. No yard man to help hook up a heavy trailer and check for proper light hook-up. Trailer hitch was a struggle to attach. Trailer had been used to mix cement, still fairly dirty, full of flies. I found a mop and bucket and cleaned it myself. On return, was told we owed $640 - fora 1-day local rental of $30. C'mon,...Man!
