I chapped online with Alexis and he informed me to wait till store open and talk to them. I never received a confirmation receipt. I found it ridiculous that when I picked up my rental it was there was less than a quarter tank of gas in it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk representative they advised me they do NOT rent trucks on Full. I was very unhappy with the service at this location. I have rented from several in the past and have always rented on Full. Customer service is everything. If I were to rate this location 1-10...10 being higher this location would get a 6.ROBYN F.

The truck I had need to be service. The front end alignment was off and something going on with transmissionTIFFANY F.
Manager was rude and disrespectful. The employee did not setup the trailer correctly which cause me to breakdown on the side of the road 10minutes after I left the uhaul and had to wait over a hour for service truck. The service guy who came told me the trailer was defective and had to take it back to uhaul. Went back and they basically accuse me of breaking the trailer and denied me another trailer and vehicle. Told him that it wasn't my fault he didn't care. The employee who setup the trailer did not release the trailer brake that cause the trailer to not ride smoothly the service guy said the brake release mechanism was bent and that's why the brakes was not able to release. The employee never tried to release the trailer brakes mainly because he did not know it was one on there. He not own up to his mistake and denied me service. I talked to the manager the next day she was rude and did not give me her full attention on the matter just kept being on her phone. I told her I can wait until she finish whatever she was looking at on her phone. She saysâ€ I can do to things at once what do you wantâ€ I tried again to explain the situation but didn't feel like she was listening because she was more focus on her cell phone . So I decided to leave and call customer service worst experience I ever had with uhaul!!!SEAN T.
