Parking lot is way too tight

continue the care and respect I was shown. One issue which occurred more noticeably this time vs. previous trailer rentals relates to gas mileage. I had been used to my milage with a trailer going from 28-30mpg down to 20-21mpg. This time, for about 600 miles, it went down to 16-18mpg. i will have my car assessed but it might be helpful if your workers had warned me of that change.

I had no idea what a "decal" on previous truck damage was supposed to look like. I think that it would be very easy to show a client what the decals should look like since they had a roll of them on the counter as I later found out when I asked about a bumper scuff that had not been marked. Seems it would be nice to verbally remind that sweeping out the truck is required to avoid a charge - I did not get that but my daughter happened to have seen such notice. That would not have seemed like a fair charge if I had not created a mess in the truck. Was the truck really filled with gas by the prior client - three gallons to go 16 miles, really? Seems unfair to have a client guess how much gas to refill with if the truck is not filed to start not having a reasonable idea what the milage ought to be.

The equipment was first class! There was a snag, but the manager corrected very quickly. Very positive experience.

Customer service greatly needs improved! The guy that was working the desk when we returned was extremely cold and seemed to care less about being helpful. Since we moved one way free storage for a month came with our rental. He initially gave us a space that was the size of a closet that my fiancé couldn’t even walk into. He reluctantly gave us a bigger space after my fiancé told him the space he was giving us didn’t even match up to the size of the trailer. He said he was the owner of the facility and if that’s how your “owners” treat customers then I recommend getting new ones.

i’m sorry, my mum may not have cleaned the sofa that spilt on the floor. i realized, after she returned, it that i had relied on my 14 year old brother to relay that information. i’m 80% sure he didn’t do that. i’m so sorry i had it for longer than expected, but you guys are always so seeet and nice.

Although I realize the girl was new, there were numerous problems. First I called and made reservation for 3. At noon, I started receiving texts which stated my reservation was at noon. I called and resolved that issue. When I arrived, it was 3:10. I did not get out of the place until 3:50. I have rented from that location before and never had any holdup. This was inordinately long. There was a lot of ineptness which prolonged my time in the office. Very unfortunate experience.

Disappointed truck was not dependably available in Greenville, IL. Service in Ballwin, MO was very good.
