Keena CTrailer had inoperative lights, but more importantly, the employee failed to hook it up correctly and it came off the hitch at highway speeds. Luckily there was no damage to my vehicle. I had to wire up lights myself in a Walmart parking lot.
David FU-hall called the day prior. Very professional call. Loaded drivers license into the agreement for fast check-in. Web site easy to understand and use. Pickup was easy. Vehicle ready and clean. Checkout in less than 5 minutes. Drop off went smoothly. Checked out in less than 5 minutes. Billing was correct and easy to understand. Staff at Arrowhead Hardware knew what to do, did it quickly and correctly, and were polite and professional.
