I originally made my U-Haul reservation at a different location, but U-Haul contacted me and offered a discount on mileage if I agreed to move my reservation to Super Deals Super Discounts on Chester Avenue. I accepted the offer, which turned out to be a major regret. When we arrived, we were told their system was down and that I would need to complete the rental myself through the U-Haul app. I didn't have the app downloaded, and cell service in that area was terrible, making the process even more difficult. The person running the store offered very little assistance and continued doing other things while I struggled to get our truck. Eventually, I called U-Haul dispatch myself. Thankfully, they were able to complete the reservation over the phone and instruct the store to give us the keys. What should have been a simple pickup took over an hour. Unfortunately, the truck wasn't much better. The cab was so dirty that my husband had to wipe down the steering wheel when we stopped to load it, and the cargo area smelled like garbage. I understand that technical problems happen, and I don't fault the business for its system being down. What was disappointing was the lack of customer service or any real effort to help resolve the situation. The store itself didn't inspire much confidence, either. Overall, an unpleasant experience from start to finish. The mileage discount was absolutely not worth the inconvenience. I would not rent from this location again. The only positive was the helpful U-Haul dispatch representative who finally got us on our way.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck we received had a huge gash in the gas tube so when we went to pump the gas, there was gas gushing everywhere. I don’t believe the trucks are left in a very secure area. There was a chain link fence locking the trucks in but it doesn’t seem secure enough to protect the trucks for this area. The app didn’t work for pickup, but the location was very accommodating and called the supervisor to push up the pickup for me.

Ashley Wtruck was dirty inside and the miles and gas was not right on the paper and the guy is busy with his other business to check you out have to wait and follow him around to get help, when i dropped off truck it was at 4:20pm and he said your good you can go then on my receipt showed it wasn't checked in until 4:40pm
