Lisa PThe original pick up location, La Grande, OR didnt have the truck. My driver had to drive 45 miles to pick up the 26' truck. When my driver got there, the clerk charged my driver's credit card and not the one I made the reservation for. Then the clerk told my driver, he did not need to take any photos of the uhaul before he left. When I returned the uhaul 26' truck, I didnt have a photo of the truck at pick up, because the clerk said my driver didnt need a photo. The return process was difficult.

Lori BI wanted to drop the uhaul off in Boise so my dad, who was driving it, would be near the airport. Despite having the truck booked with drop off in a specified location in Boise for several weeks, it switched to Baker City the DAY WE PICKED THE TRUCK UP. The person at the Erda location couldn't switch it back, but set it to be a 'call when arrive' drop off. Despite all of this, I was threatened with a 600 fee for wrong drop off when we tried to drop it off at Boise. It required my dad to drive TWO HOURS BACK, and then it required people to be up at 1 AM to be able to make his flight, on top of the long drive. I will not be using Uhaul again.
