The supplier was not very informative even when I asked direct questions prior to the rental. A 40 dollar rental turned into a $189 charge with $9 being sent back. Terrible service.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLooked like an abandoned area. Had to talk to someone on a cell phone to get instruction for the connection. There was no jack to safely unhook the trailer and the tire was almost flat and could not accept more air.
Jimma PThe pick up location looked like a business that had closed years ago. Definitely didn't look safe. Whoever runs the location handled everything over the phone. He left the key under the seat in the truck with the door unlocked. Thankfully will never have to go down there again. And the check engine light came on for the last 200 miles of my trip.
