Radio did not work. Very annoying on long trips. Also to many stickers on drivers side of cab. Stickers create distractions while driving and becomes a safety issue. There are enough things to worry about during the operation of a large truck that you don't drive every day.Joel R.

When a customer uses the night drop box a couple days late and was considerate enough to purchase uhauls insurance as well, don't shamelessly charge their credit card several hundred dollars extra when it was even returned with more fuel than it left with...poor business practices a in d unethical, will rent from a competitor from here on out for more money just out of principle, as money is very trivial 9ver integrity.Daniel B.

Well first I had to inspect the truck and I found some damage on the truck and I was there for about 30 months minutes just to make sure I wouldn't get charged for it. The fuel level was not the same as contract and I needed more details on how to check truck in after hours.Marquette B.
Returning was not an easy process when the location was closed. After hours process of using the app was to much after moving all day to figure out. I dropped keys in drop box before realizing I needed the keys to check mileage. Renting process went well. The location was great, friendly staff.AMANDA M.

Attention to detail. My name was put in the system completely wrong. An honest mistake but the guy still had my ID in his hand. Also it was setup for a dolly by my mom and I was unaware of this when I picked it up but I assume it's all in the system and I was never given a dolly but I paid for one. It's not a huge deal because I didn't need one and opted out of it when asked about it but would have taken it if I knew i paid for it. Again, not a big deal, just feel that attention to detail should be approved uponAlex K.

My issues weren't with the location, it was with the process. I reserved a truck pickup outside of business hours. It's promoted how easy and great it is and I can do everything right from my phone. When I arrived, I logged in, clicked ready to pick up my truck only to be taken to a screen that told me I needed hand delivery and to proceed to store during business hours. I was NOT happy, tried calling uhaul customer service only to have a not friendly, unhelpful, unapologetic lady on a broken phone I could barely hear that transferred me to an extension that just rang and rang. I was so ticked off that I hung up and didn't not try to call back. After driving all the way back home, and driving all the back when the store opened, I went in to get my truck only to have to go through everything I filled out online Again. Like everything... like I hadn't already filled all this out online and just walked in off street and said hey I wanna rent a truck. It had my reservation and my name and that's about all. About 40 minutes later, I finally had my rental, 3 hours AFTER my reservation. The ONLY reason this was rated average was because of the location. The guy in the store was great and he is the ONLY reason I will rent again from there in a few weeks when we do our big truck move. To be honest, if I had another option, I would not use or recommend uhaul based on my experience. On a side note, I had no issue with the equipment, once I finally got it.Stephanie D.
The instructions on the app are not very accurate. It told us to look for the key locked behind the roll up door. My family and I looked for 15 minutes before I asked for help in the app and it told me it couldn't help me and to go find help inside the store. And then finally it refreshed and said it was in the lockbox #3 on the building. There was no lockbox 3. The worker had to come outside and hand it to me. It was chaotic. Makes me wish I would have just asked some friends to borrow their trucks/trailer.Madison S.
