The girl at the desk couldn't possibly have cared less about our presence. I left not really knowing if the trailer had even been accounted for. Someone called me two days later to verify whether I'd dropped the trailer off.

Unable to get app or website to “share location”. Was not clear exactly where to drop off equipment. Was able to get a hold of customer service in under three minutes, explain situation, describe drop off location and address and get issue resolved all under 10 minutes. Very happy with service other than technology not working!

I'm sorry, but this location is not well trained in rental return transactions. I have dealt with them twice and they just can't seem to enter returns correctly. They overcharge your credit card, not once but twice. Then you have to call them to straighten out everything. Never again will I use this Uhaul on 41st & University area.

There were computer issues that created problems for the staff, which lead to mistakes. The staff helping with the equipment was excellent, friendly and professional. I was not happy with the desk staff, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they were dealing with computer issues compounded by being very busy as well.

The rental agreement felt deceiving to me. I didn't realize I would be charged something in the neighborhood of $1/mile in addition to the rental rate and refilling the truck with gas. Additionally the truck had a leak in the roof that dripped all over some of my nice furniture (it was raining the day I moved). Someone clearly knew there was a leak because there was an attempt to TAPE the leak in the roof. Overall, I was not very happy about the experience.

You most improve your telephone customer care and service I called a couple of times and got disconnected and was never called back and was told they only take incoming calls and policy is to not call back . I even ask to talk to customer service and they told me they would get back to me the next day and no call ! Thanks Tom

I had the absolute worst service while picking it up. When I returned it I got charged extra for gas even though it had more gas than when I started and was charged double for retuning after 5 (never told me earlier). They also didn’t have all of the equipment that I reserved.

When my 14 year old son and I walked into the location after making a reservation it smelled of marijuana which was an immediate turn off. It took a long time to get any help because there was only one employee working behind the counter. Then I was shocked when I saw my final bill, given the contracted rate I was quoted and based on the agreement. It was double the amount it should have been. I've already submitted a request for a partial refund.
