I had issues with the online self checkout, not sure if there is a way to simplify check-in, I had to call and get assistance, turned into a 30-45 minute ordeal. Other than that the customer service was very responsive and navigated the issue as best as possible.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThey gave me the wrong equipment, there wasn't much gas in the truck either.
julian cThe contract should be prorated to the actual time used. It seems that I estimated 6 hours to move, used it for 3 hours but still charged for 6 hours
Neal OThere were baúl clippings and the blankets were used thrown around on the floor of the back cab.
Steve VThis location was for mobile pickup and drop-off only. The people at the location were not helpful. The dolly I ordered was not available. This caused significant trouble in moving our furniture. The mobile app did not work for me at pickup and pictures were not uploaded. The back of the truck was dirty and had items from previous user.
