Was not present despite being open. We called and left the equipment. The next day we were called and told it had not been checked in and we were charged another day. This resulted in an additional hour of calls to get this corrected with multiple people. The owner of this location acknowledged that he forgot to check the equipment in. We luckily had taken pictures when we left the Uhaul and auto transport for proof of our actual drop date and time.

The rental location was horrible. The rental location representative was knowledgeable and friendly whom I interacted with over the phone only. I had to go to a larger location for my furniture pads. The trailer itself was fine but the tires were horrible. Not round and was horrible to pull. Lesson learned on my part is to reserve at my desired UHaul location and not through the website. The larger location on Gordon Hwy had plenty of trailers available to rent. Very dissatisfied with this rental experience.

Chelsea WI had scheduled to pick-up at a Uhaul Center, but my reservation was changed to this location while I was traveling. I requested to "check-in" at a desk but this location did not have a desk (or even a building). I had to check-in on my phone which was very difficult -- why couldn't the truck have been brought to the Uhaul Center where I requested? That would have been much easier.
