All good with the pickup. I got the truck and made it to my destination. The truck was clean and ready to go. This is not on the pickup location's responsibility, but the truck needs a service! Running a bit rough!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhile I did not go inside this location--the U-Haul representative was kind enough to come out and meet me--the location was clean and the lady who completed my return transaction was lovely! I would definitely recommend this location based on my experience at S and B Smog.
Jacqueline HThey made this very easy and the gentleman was so polite and gracious. U-Haul online system would not let us upload our DL online. It made it a little Chaotic as 3 reservations all showed up at the same time but he handled it well. I waited maybe 5-10 min. but I was the last one there. He was so apologetic for the wait and truly it was not bad. I was entertained by the Shop's little Corgi. The truck was clean , and he made sure I understood the gas policy and the ramifications if I did not return the vehicle with that amount. I dropped off the vehicle after hours and it was easy and simple. I would rent here again.
Anita RShannon was very kind and helpful.
Scott KLoved that uhaul as a group and individuals were very kind and understanding. This is not a small vehicle rental place. Uhaul has large equipment and having the details of where to find additional information on how to drive a truck and trailor. S and s smog hog in auburn ca explained with both verbal but also pointing out the small details of hooking and unhooking trailor. Safety on the road. Thank you
