Took a long time to get paperwork done and wanted me to just get it and go. Not too helpful in verify everything worked and connected properly.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMaybe a little more oversight in the connecting process. We were told to just go connect, take a picture of connection and go. A few miles down the road we got a text with instructions to take pictures of the four sides condition, before we left the parking lot. We stopped and did that on the road. They should have overseen all those details before we left.
Karen GNothing to improve on , great customer service, friendly and super helpful staff, the auto transport I rented was clean, great tires , and pulled like it was new, thanks again
BRIAN WThe safety chains were not usable with my vehicle, hooks were too small, I had to purchase 2 D-nuts to secure chains.
HAROLD FDropped vehicle at facility before open hour. Drop site was sketchy, not sure initially where to park the truck.
