Pick-up and drop-off were both smooth, and all the staff members were helpful. They didn't have the dolly I requested, but they helped remove the charge from my receipt.

First of all the lock on the rear door would not open even though it was the correct key and the key fit and the key would turn however the lock was stuck wouldn't allow it to be opened therefore the door couldn't be opened. Had I not checked the rear door before I left the location I would have not have been able to open the rear door when I got to the location where I would be loading furniture. Also I was paid for a full day which is 24 hours up front. I was consistently asked when picking up the truck when I was going to bring it back and they kept telling me that I needed to have it back before they closed at 11:00 p.m. I had to remind them that I had a 24 hours to return the truck. I did tell them that if I could get it back before they closed that I would. I was unable to get it back before 11:00 so I called and told them that I would be returning the truck the next day. The next morning I received a voicemail from the location that came in at 10:45 the night before just before I had called to tell them I would be returning the truck the next day. The caller sounded very frustrated and told me that I had agreed to bring the truck back by 10:00 p.m. the night before and that I needed to call them or there would be trouble with my return. When I call them at 10:45 the night I was the night they were expecting a truck to be returned they didn't tell me that they had left me that message they were polite and told me it was fine to bring it back the next morning but wanted to know exactly what time I would return it I told him I wasn't sure. So I was very frustrated with them that they were trying to get me to return the truck almost pressure in me to return the truck just a few hours after I had rented it I didn't rent the truck and pull off with it until 5:00 p.m. that afternoon and they were expecting me to return it 5 hours later that same night when I had paid for a 24-hour rental.
kim gDrop off was 1 mile from house, it’s a combination gas station, convenience store and liquor store! Refueled truck right there handed in keys and I was gone.
Charles BFranchise locations / gas stations are just not as good as the main locations. People coming in to buy gas and stuff disrupts the pickup process.
