This was an off-hours drop-off. I was a little frustrated with a text from Vehicle recovery, even though I had dropped off the UHaul van the previous evening. The text came before the drop off location had even opened and had a chance to check in my vehicle.
WILLIAM JI had reserved blankets and dollies, but when I arrived to pick up the truck, those supplies were not available. The clerk at the desk explained that I was getting the truck at a place that worked with UHaul but was not a UHaul office. He said that he sees this misunderstanding about moving supplies all the time, and he is aware that it is not explained to the customer when the reservation is made. Otherwise, it was a smooth move.

Stosh KConvenient location but the truck itself needed some serious TLC. Truck wasn’t parked where it was supposed to be (via the app) but i figured it out.
