Signs and a secure drop box would be nice. I left the keys to the truck with a convenience store clerk, whom I not positive was actually associated with U-haul. Not enough information about how to return the truck. This process took me an additional hour, many phone calls to customer service, mixed directions about the process, and a lot of frustration.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTruck was infested with bugs. Had to go to another location to get another truck. Took 1.5 hours to return the rental so over it. Customer service was very little help transferring me and leaving me on hold until finally the 4th rep got me taken care of.
CHARLENE PThe app didn’t work. There was no box to drop off the key and too 28 minutes to get to customer service and another 10 minutes to get a fix.
Benjamin HIt was a disaster. The drop boxes don't match instructions. The person at the store doesn't know anything about the process. The app was giving me trouble to drop off and pick up the truck. I will never use this location again. And I got charged for gas that I didn't use.
