Very slow customer service. The truck I had had a sticky spot in the cup holder. Technology was slow on the service end.

Make sure all your trucks are filled to full. I was given a truck that was at 7/8 full and when the manager notated it, he switched it to between 7/8 and full, then initialed my contract. I drove 39 miles and put 4.05 gallons in the tank afterwards and was still charged extra ($5). I’ve rented from this location before, and will probably use them again due to convenience but I feel they have an opportunity to make the experience better, as described above.

I loved the help they provided, although I do not appreciate not being notified that I had to pay double for a 24hr rental. I got charged a Little over $200 for moving when I thought uhaul was cheaper, but in reality it's the most expensive moving service there is, and also kept this hidden until the end. Thank God I had a budget saved up for this kind of issues. In my opinion it's not cool to get charged double when it a 1 day rental. And also, not cool that the people didn't mention this hidden fee or the website. I would not recommend uhaul until changes were made.

Poor Customer Service and time consuming it took over an hour just to rent a U-Haul.

When this reservation was set up online we were told we could PU at 8 am the day prior to renting we were called by the location and told we could only rent during business hours and we could not do online checkin for their truck so we had to push or plans back 1 hours to wait to pick up the truck. Upon arrival at the location we noticed their was no tow ball hitch on the truck, when I inquired about the tow ball they told me their trucks did not come with tow balls and they did not rent tow balls. When I told them that uhaul said all trucks come with tow balls they argued with me and then called their boss who said their trucks did not come with tow balls. We had to cancel that reservation and find another location that had a truck with a tow ball pushing my plans back another hour. Due to this location I lost 2 hours not to mention the frustration of thinking everything was taken care of 4 days ago when I made the reservation.

The woman working the front desk is just a little rude, and she scheduled my return at 6 pm when I asked for a later time. then I was charged a late fee for her mistake.

Lynda was professional, attentive, and overall nice. I was taken back by how long it took (37 min) to verbally re-enter my personal information which I uploaded on the app to make the reservation prior to my arrival at the store. This duplicity in non-value added and a waste of the customer’s time.

Have your checking places that are well! No reason for you to wait around for one hour and twenty minutes to get my card to go through!! No reason to have you wait for 30 minutes to get back and all I needed was $5 for change after I was put behind. No Reason for me to get $20 dollars back because my truck Was Not Clean, and I had no reason to believe that would happen, since the girl didn't know what I was saying to her !! This was the lowest form of challenge, I've ever done!!

It took 30 minutes to do the online process to pick up the vehicle at the location on the App, even though I made a reservation. It took entirely too long. It could have been faster to just go in the store and not use the App at all.

Customer service was horrible. There were nothing but issues when I picked the truck up. And even more issues a week later. Very poor communication. Very rude workers. I would NEVER go back or use Uhaul again.
