Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe people helping were awful. They signed my papers for me. When returned they took the key and said bye I said what else do I need to do. They said nothing bye. Then I got charged a lot of extra saying I didn’t return stuff when we clearly took those items to the front desk with us and he told us to sit them right there. I’m disgusted and will never use again!!!
Lindsay HI was overcharged for mileage I will be calling tomorrow to file a complaint
Maurice RThe lady told me different than what I was told to do on the app. The drop off spot was in the wrong location from the sign. Horrible experience the whole day
Jill WLovely and helpful people,
