Next time verify that the truck atleast has enough gas to make it to a gas station after leaving your location. The truck ran out of gas around the corner from the rental location. Mind you in the intersection during rush hour. When I returned the truck , I left it on half full , which should have given me a $35.00 credit for leaving it better than when I received it. Of course that didn't happen and I had to call to file a complaint. Poor business ethics and service all round.
JOHN CThere was no one at the store. They did not have a drop box for they key. They didn't answer the phone. I gave the key to the business owner next door who said he did this kind of favor for the U-Haul guy all the time when they are closed. After he took the key, he just put it on a table accessible to his customers. Pretty shabby operation
BENJAMIN BI can’t believe I had such an amazing experience here. I can’t thank you enough. I needed a cargo van and to extend the use of the van. I was given options and the communication was clear. I wish I listened and extended my use from the start. The energy in this shop feels good and people smile which isn’t easy when your moving stuff. Now I understand why because the service is golden.
