There was no visible signage from the road that the automotive repair shop was a U-Haul rental location and it was difficult to find since it was behind a gas station. The staff member who helped me was great. The trailer was parked under a tree and full of leaves and debris.

Revell;s Service was a very helpful site mainly an auto service site. We were arriveing to the area late at night, we called ahead and got information from them about dropping of the tow dolly after hours. They told us where to put the dolly after we arrived, but that we would have to do the unhooking ourselves. Never having done this before, it was a challenge in the dark. But after a few tries I was able to loosen the wheel straps and all went well after that. There is very limited room to at the location so driving in with my tow was not easy. At one point I had to carefully backup slowly to straighten out the dolly with the car to be able to unload it. It's amazing what four years of studying Physics can teach you. All went well after that night and we returned the empty truck the next afternoon.
I dropped the truck off after hours after putting gas in it at the station right next door. I put in the exact amount that was in it when I picked it up. I subtracted the amount I added to fill it when I first picked it up from the 50 gal size tank, and added exactly the remaining amount. Someone was at the drop off when I was leaving the truck, and although I parked it in a space large enough for the vehicle, he told me to back it up in to some other spot, like it was my job to move the truck to exactly where he wanted it. Although I dropped off the truck the day before it was due, they sent me a bill for being a day late, and for not having enough gas in it. This was after they called me on the phone saying they were trying to charge me for the full amount of the rental, even though I had already paid it. They were rude and hung up on me while I was explaining that I had already paid in full for the rental and it had already posted to my bank account. I will not be paying for anything additional, in fact, I feel like I should be paying less because my entire trip from GA to MD made me sick from the cigarette smell in the truck.
I will follow up with pictures. The right rear tire was so bald it was unsafe and the mirrors were so loose the wind would blow them back. This was a long distance move that was made very dangerous. I could not use my mirrors at all
Nothing I reserved was in my car ahead of time. I had to go to four different locations at the advice of a U-Haul rep. This was not an enjoyable first rental. Customer service should have reimbursed for extreme inconvenience.
Again, the Uhaul website wasn't working properly, it took 30 minutes to drop off the trailer (not the dealers fault).
Have the equipment reserved.. clean trucks..and communicate problems WITH COMPANY... I AM OVERCHARGED for 1. A Dolly I DID NOT RECEIVE AT PICK UP and CLEANING I DID IN FRONT OF THE ATTENDANT AT DROP OFF... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... ROBBERY!
Make sure when someone orders a truck you have the right one there and you don't lie about the options for said trucks either. Charged for the wrong size truck (which was not the one we placed on order, no pads, covers etc, which he had the audacity to charge us for, had to move an 800lb piano without a ramp, which we had requested on the 15ft truck, but all he had was a 10ft with NO ramp, charged us the same amount for the smaller truck, etc). Overall horrible experience and we will not be using this location again.
Drop off was easy.
When I arrived at this location they did not have my reservation. I had not received any call, voicemail or email telling me to go anywhere but this location. The man at the counter was only blaming Uhaul and talking about how much he hates working with uhaul. There was a truck in the parking lot that was exactly what I had reserved. I said well, that is the truck I reserved, here is your address on my reservation, why can't I have that truck? He went on about how they had someone else's name for that truck... but then I found out that person wasn't due to arrive until the next day. I had taken a train 2.5 hours and driven with my aunts, who had taken off work, 1 hour to arrive at that location and pick up the truck. I was then given a handwritten address on a sticky note from the man who didn't want to help me telling me that according to his system this was where I could pick up my truck. A quick googlemaps search pulled up a gas station at that address and when I called to try and confirm that there was in fact a truck there waiting for me it sent me through a answering service that eventually connected me to a person at the gas company... not that specific location. That person could not give me that particular branch's phone number. Meanwhile I had gotten a text from Uhaul telling me that my reservation had been moved to an hour later at this second location, 1824 FOREST DR in ANNAPOLIS and to call (443) 569-3095 to confirm. When I called this number it was â€œnot in serviceâ€ I was growing more and more frustrated with the lack of answers, care and general customer service. Luckily my aunt was listening to the man behind the counter when he gave his colleague the number for Uhaul traffic (a number they wouldn't readily give to us) and she called and was able to reach an actual human who helped us to get the truck that was sitting in the parking lot.

Went smoothly, no surprises. The online checkin worked really well.
Took an hour and a half to pick up a trailer that I made a reservation for 3 weeks prior (they didn't seem to know how to work the computer program). Was very frustrating and I had to give all of the same information in person that I gave over the phone when I made the reservation.
- I was called by this location to come in at 10am when my reservation was at 8:30. I went in at 8:30 and got out around 9:00. This only happened because a new employee who didn't know anything about the system was bright. -there was a cigar in a drink holder and stuff like small papers in the truck bed. I cleaned this up so I wouldn't be charged. -I was changed a ez gas fee and I didn't believe I had requested one. I was told by the person at this location that they just process transactions and call u-haul. So, I did and was on hold so long that I hung up. *** I am a fairly frequent user of u-haul trucks, but there has been too many recent issues. I am going to Home Depot or someplace else to rent trucks.
Someone should have walked around the trailer and list all dam ages. Also the facility should have hooked up the trailer. Also this facility should have known to put this trailer out of service for repairs.
