I picked up the truck a 7:00am, was parked in a dark area without any area lights, this made it difficult to inspect the truck for any damage before picking it up. I had to use me cell phone light to inspect the truck, in addition the lock box area was unlit. I would recommend that some outdoor light be added to this area to make for easier pick-up in the dark. Drop off was very easy because it was in the daylight.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis is an app check in location, and it’s horrible to check in without any help. And the truck did it’s job, but certainly wasn’t clean up front. 2 of the blankets they gave me were soaking wet also. The driver’s seat visor flaps around while your driving, often obstructing your view thru the windshield. I wasn’t very happy with the whole experience, sorry to say.
Stephanie SThe visor in my truck was broken, but everything else was good.
