The plastic U-Haul tag broke off of the key, so that should be replaced. Excellent service overall!
Samuel HNot charge for an extra day when I had the truck back before the time I checked out. They basically took 49 dollars from me plus tax
JERRY MThe location had no air conditioning, had no printer, and the computer was giving him issues. He asked me to take pictures of his computer screen because he had no printer to print my actual documents. The equipment looked fine and it was clean. But when i left i noticed the trailer wasnt pulling center of my vehicle. it was pulling hard to the passenger side. When i got to my loading location, i inspected the trailer closer and saw that the trailer tongue was actually bent. I didnt see it at the pickup location because the guy did all the hooking up to the truck. It was an extremely hard drive from South Carolina to West Tennessee. I had to hug the center line to keep the trailer in my lane.
