Very easy to rent. The owner was extremely affable and helpful. He explained pickup and drop-off, and provided his person cell in case there were any issues. Everything went smoothly.

I opted for the mobile phone pick up but had to call the 800 number which had a 10 minute hold & had to talk with a person on site to actually pick up the rental. Put me behind 40 minutes on a time sensitive move.
