Staff was friendly and very helpful. This was a no stress transaction. Equipment was available exactly when I got to the pickup location. I'm a longtime customer and will continue to do business with Uhaul for all my moving needs.
This location is not very well kept & there's always only 1 person working. I know it's not their fault but management shouldn't have 1 person working alone, for safety reasons, & for better customer service. It took me about 45 minutes just to do a rental just because the clerk was alone working the counter, drive-thru, & assisting me. This has been the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.

Rep got information wrong was unable to give me copy of contract, had no idea what she was doing asked me to come back in two hr because she didn't know what she was doing and entered rental incorrectly, need to follow up with all rental locations for QA and ensure staff and reps are properly trained this is lacking in more than one location
Be should that they return the driver licend went they ask. My licend is in texas and I'm in California.

I had to hook the trailer up myself
It took over an hour for me to pick up my rental because there was only one clerk and he was also manning the register at the convenience store. I had to hook up the trailer by myself, and my furniture pads, which I was charged for, were not available. After a 20 minute wait, I was provided with 6 pads, not the 12 I paid for. The clerk was polite, but overworked, and the overall experience was very poor.
The U-haul computer system appeared difficult to operate by the store clerk. The U-haul on-line system caused me to wait :20 minutes for the transaction to complete.
the trailer was at this location but they did not have it in their " system" I had to do all the transaction on my own on your 1-800 # no thanks to this locale. the clerk was busy doing other things too busy to help the CS clerk on the phone was prompt and courteous and very helpful. this store is too busy being a convenience store to be a convenient place to rent a U-Haul product. I will not do business with a similar location again
When I opened to inspect the cargo compartment it was filled with cigarette smoke and had not been swept - I lifted the cargo compartment door all the way to air out the smoke - I then asked the Station Manager to spray a deodorizer in the cargo area as I did not want my personal belongings to smell like cigarette smoke. I am still waiting for the voice recordings from the days prior to the pick-up date -- I was promised those voice recordings but have yet to receive anything. The scheduling folks in Corpus made a mess of things and when I asked for speak to a manager I got the "there is no on here that can help you" - when I called AZ HQ they transferred me back to CC staff. After over 1+ hours someone in AZ finally answered my call and promised to send me the voice recordings as I wish to be refunded for this horrible experience. The voice recordings should tell you the story and comments on your system should also assist you in making a determination on a refund. Was unhappy that I had to travel 38 miles at my expense to pick up rental and then traveled another 47 miles extra to drop off rental at my expense. I will probably look for other options next time.
Get some one that knows what they are doing this guy couldn't print out the paper work to rent the Trailer. I had to call u haul Customer service my self to try to figure this out. I am still waiting for my Trailer and no paper work it has been over an hour. What could does to do to rent something at a time if you can't get it at that time. I will never do any business with them again.

I reserved a truck for3 p.m. and did not get it until t5 p.m. For this I had to pay extra for labor cuz we had to wait those additional2 hours
Clerk was working by herself and was unable to go out and check the fuel and mileage. so I did it. Truck's transmission slips a little and should be serviced.
