I've used U-Haul twice in the past year, at two different locations. Each time was so smooth and easy. I'm grateful there is a location in Okotoks now. Great service! Highly recommend!

WALTER NThe initial equipment I booked did not meet the specifications as advertised. Although they did have another option available I did have to make an extra trip as a result of this issue. No compensation was offered even though I had to pay more for the other option.
Warren ZThe trailer had to be cleaned before we could use it, it was very dirty with at least a 5 gallon bucket worth of dirt and other debris. The first person that helped was quite rude, the second person was a bit better. Overall would not recommend this location simply based on how dirty things were and the people interactions.
