No improvements....these guys were awesome!
I rented the truck carried some furniture and boxes, sweep it out returned it and was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee and a dollar environmental fee. It was a good experience till then. You can shear a sheep time after time but you can't skin him but once. I feel that the 25.00 cleaning fee and the dollar environmental fee is just your way of skinning me. I'll make sure I tell anyone that needs a truck that they will be getting skinned at uhaul. Some things are just a cost of doing business and some are sneaky ways to skin the customer.
They let us drop off the car trailer so we could unload the truck into storage and then come back to do the full return. We were very appreciative. They were very nice.
I drive past several locations to use this one. They have the best service and awesome staff alway prompt1 and helpful. Keep up the good work.
Jonah handled my return well. I used the 24/7 truck share option to pick up and the process was pretty seamless.
Friendly and all try to go the extra mile to help and figure out a solution when in need.
Not allowing me to rent for only half a day, is my only complaint
The contract stated a different drop off location for the date I needed to drop the truck after hours. The actual drop off location changed to a location 3x further away from the original and I was notified of this via text without option the day after picking up vehicle. This should have been discussed with me at time of rental, not after the rental contract was executed and I took the vehicle... thus contract was changed without talking to me first. That is not right and frustrating, considering I had to drive an hour to return it. Furthermore, the process to return the vehicle was completely unnecessary as well. First, the website would not allow me to log in and associate the contact # with a drop off. Then the UHAUL app would not allow me associate the contract # to either my app acct or my uhaul internet acct while having a customer service rep on the phone assisting me and trying to get it to work 3-4 different times / ways. I called the uhaul customer service and waited on hold for about 20min at the drop off location, all the while trying to get the website and app to work. Not good. Furthermore, the uhaul CS rep could not get the website or the app to associate the contract number to my accounts either in order to "conveniently" return the vehicle. Ultimately, we were able to get it finalized after the several unsuccessful log ins / log outs (neither ever worked correctly)... The CS rep had to finalize the contract thru email, which could have been done immediately instead of all the website and app drama. To top all this off, I had to call to verify all of this nonsense this AM when the alternated drop-off location in Cleveland opened this AM ... so I had to verify all of this with a rep on the phone, on the internet thru email and via the phone this AM...all of this was quite frustrating and unnecessary. I have rented dozens of uhaul trucks and trailers in the past and never had such issues dropping trucks or trailers off after hours. Truck was not thoroughly cleaned and the cargo light was not working. A previous customer had smoked in the truck and left a cigarette in the ashtray

Nothing at all. It was excellent
My van had ants. Not like a few, but a bunch. In the cab. Which we didn't realize until we had loaded it up. Which by then it was too late to return it. Which was a headache to deal with because they just kept coming out of places no matter how fast we tried to get rid of them. But other than that... it was a brand new Chevy van that we drove 300 miles in one day - so that was great.

Messed up my pick up and drop off locations, combined my reservation with someone else's which caused all sorts of issues. Now UHAUL is charging me $99 for mistakes THEIR EMPLOYEES MADE. My moving experience was TERRIBLE across the board, from the movers hired through UHAUL ( both of which never showed) To the customer service experience at pick up and drop off locations. I will never be using UHAUL again, and I will be telling every person I know to stay away from the HORRIBLE customer service from location employees, to the management who spoke to me from corporate over the phone. Unprofessional all across.
I was told there was 3/4 of tank of gas but when I got in the truck there it was between 1/2 and 3/4. I took a pic to show but was in too big of a hurry to go back in to report it. I also rented a truck this past Sunday and the line was out the door. I think you need more help on Sundays.
