Employees in store had NO CLUE about anything to do with UHAUL. Customer service is ALWAYS 50 -60 mins hold time.

James SThe customer service, uploading of pictures for mileage were terrible. Was on the phone for 45 minutes at check-in and was told a note would be made on my account and it was not. The check-in and checkout of the truck takes way too long. The truck was not clean.
