Trailers were in muddy wet area which is the only reason this is not an excellent rating. The staff person was, hands down, excellent. A great combination of professional and casual approach to the interaction.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was scheudled to drop off at 10 am but the location wasn't open till noon. It was diffucult to figure out exactly where i was to leave the trailer. My main issue was with the original trailer having damages making it unsafe to use. Uhaul needs to ensure thier trailers are road safe. This was no fault of the location, it has more to do with coperate attitude and decsions.
Vincent MThe right rear mirror wouldn’t hold its place, hard to switch lanes when you can’t see if anyone is there. Also the Alberton location has no U-Haul office sign.
Norman WMuch better experience dropping off. They were friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly and noticed damage that was not noted (we did not cause). Amazing experience and completely opposite from the pickup! 100% recommend!!
Lindwood MWhile the trailer we had booked was unavailable, the system more than compensated by providing a larger vehicle for the same price.
