IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE TRUCK I ORDER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY GAVE US THE WRONG TRUCK DOUBLE THE SIZE. AND WE HAD GOT STUCK IN THE ROAD TRYING TO MOVE OUR BELONGINGS. WE HAD TO WAIT HOURS FOR ASSISTANCE. I CALLED AFTER THE WHOLE ORDEAL TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND MAYBE GET EXTENDED TIME ON RETURN SO I CAN FINISH WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH ME OR OFFER ANY COURTESY TO EXTEND MY RETURN TIME. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH UHUAL BUT I WILL NO LONGER.

Shynikki DManagement team went above the call of duty to provide excellent service. They actually showed up prior to their normal business hours to provide me access to the vehicle. From start to finish the entire experience was top notch.All u-haul locations could learn from this amazing staff. I'll definitely be back and will certainly recommend them to people I know.
