NORMAN BThis was not the store I rented from I was notified the day before that I would have to go there. It took over 30 minutes to get the reservation sorted outed out and once done I was told they had no nlankets..then the suddenly produced them and because we were already delayed we took them and left. When we started packing took out the blankets and they smelled like livestock and were not clean. Once completed we folded up the blankets and noted there were only 11. Should have noted I was provided with 35 free miles…didn’t see mileage in my original quote. The distance from my home to destination was 41 miles…after driving miles back to my residence I got dinged for mileage. all in….all not a great experience!
LARRY SThey didn't know how to process the truck. I waited over 30 minutes to get the truck, even though I was doing online. They returned the truck rather then . Rent it. I was charged 1 amount then it was changed high.
