I’m just glad someone was there when I picked it up. The 24/7 stuff was a flop. They couldn’t even find my agreement and he had to redo it. Hopefully I’m not charged twice. But the young man at that location was wonderful.

I’m glad I picked up when someone was there otherwise I would not have had the truck. I used the 24/7 but when I went to get keys they couldn’t find the contract. Has to go inside to get keys and has to do the process all over again. The guy at the center was wonderful but the 24/7 stuff has some bugs that need to be worked out. Hopefully when I drop it off there won’t be any problems.

My truck did have a couple issues of the engine suddenly racing, once when I was stopping at a light in which I had to jam on the brake to keep it from moving forward. The other I was parked at home and tried to put in reverse and it started racing to the point I had put in neutral about 3 times while jamming down the brake. Otherwise it ran perfect. I forgot to mention that when I turned in the key as I was exhausted from two days of moving.

I did everything 10 days before Photo copy of my drivers license credit card #. Yet it took > 30 min to rent a truck this morning and I might as well have just walked off street Computer issues at U Haul supposedly, , untrained employee. Yes it got done but the excuses. Please there was no fast break rental here

On July 25th, I reserved a 10’ Uhaul for mobile pick up at the Chandler Blvd and Kyrene location. The vehicle, date, time and MOBILE pick up was CONFIRMED via email. Then on 7/29, I was contacted by Serina at the Chandler/Kyrene location informing me that the pick up location had changed to Pecos/32nd St because the vehicle I RESERVED was not available. This was inconvenience #1. Serina also questioned who my cell phone service carrier was because the reservation confirmation text message was not going through to my phone and according to Serina, “T-Mobile never has issue with text messages.” An hour later, Serina called to apologize and told me uhaul was having issues with their system and texts weren’t going through. So her sassy attitude about whose cell phone carrier was better seemed unwarranted. Inconvenience #2 was when I arrived at the Pecos location as scheduled and the mobile option was not available (greyed out) online (signed into my account per instructions/completed check in). I contacted the ?regional Uhaul office at +1 (480) 899-1461? and spoke to a VERY inexperienced representative. I explained that I was onsite at Pecos and the online key retrieval was not working. The rep was unable to answer basic question about the reservation and online check in process. Instead she told me I would have to drive to ANOTHER location to pick up my vehicle - which I refused. I encourage you to replay the audio conversation from that phone call (4:54 8/30) and hear for yourself the kind of customer service employees U-Haul is employing. My entire experience was awful and below satisfactory.

When I returned he said just give me the keys. It’s concerning when they don’t go over damage, ask how the trip was, how the truck rode or handled. I feel like the issues mentioned earlier might have impacted my gas mileage as I felt like I was stopping for gas far too often.
